Partial or full scholarships are available for youth students with financial need. Scholarships may be used for classes and/or private lessons through Stillwater Music.
Stillwater Music uses federal free and reduced lunch income guidelines to determine scholarship eligibility and award levels. In addition, Stillwater offers partial or full scholarships for at-risk youth and for developmentally disabled adults.

MUSIC IN THE MOUNTAINS (MITM) is offering scholarships to students in Durango and the surrounding areas, which is both merit-based and financial-need based. Only one scholarship may be applied per enrollment at Stillwater Music. Students who already have a scholarship for a lesson enrollment through Stillwater Music can only apply the MITM scholarship to an additional enrollment. Click below for more information:
Stillwater Youth scholarships are made possible, in part, through grants from Durango Friends of the Arts, First United Methodist Church, and Rotary Club of Durango.
