Kyle Igneczi is an arts executive, performer, and creative leader dedicated to building vibrant organizations where artistry and community thrive together. As Executive Director of Stillwater Music, he brings decades of experience spanning nonprofit leadership, fundraising, strategic planning, arts education, and professional performance.

Prior to joining Stillwater, Igneczi built an arsenal of artistic programs, festivals, educational initiatives, and performance experiences, leaving an indelible impact on arts communities throughout North Texas. Most recently, he served as the first Executive Director of Verdigris Ensemble in Dallas, where he established the organization’s first comprehensive strategic plan, led record-setting fundraising efforts, expanded institutional grant support, and helped elevate the ensemble’s national profile through innovative programming and community partnerships. Previously, as Director of Development for the Plano Symphony Orchestra, he helped lead the organization into a new era of philanthropic success while supporting education initiatives serving tens of thousands of North Texas students each year. Igneczi also helmed the award-winning IMPRINT Theatreworks, building a network of artists and helping to create 67 new artistic works.

Igneczi’s history of leadership is informed by an equally diverse career as a performer, voice actor, puppeteer, and teaching artist. After gaining international recognition as a youth vocalist through his work with Cleveland Opera, Oberlin College, and international choral festivals throughout Europe, he spent decades working with some of the most respected names in family entertainment, including Sesame Workshop, The USO, Chuck E. Cheese Entertainment, and Crunchyroll, all while earning more than 150 voice acting credits across film, television, anime, and streaming media. His stage career has spanned the globe, including stages in 14 countries and two Tony Award-winning regional theatres in the years they received the honor. That breadth of experience continues to shape his leadership, providing firsthand understanding of artistic excellence, the creative process, and the organizational support artists need to do their best work.
