Karl Herr, retired public school teacher and administrator, worked on the Navajo Nation in and around Gallup, NM for 25 years, plus another 8 as Ignacio Elementary principal. He joined the Be Frank Foundation Board in January 2016, serving 3 two year terms in addition to working as lead grant writer and Associate Executive Director to Lech Usinowicz. He is also part of a local Americana/folk band, Agave, that has played around the region for the last decade. He has volunteered with the Durango Meltdown, DIFF, Community Concert Hall, and other, mostly musical, events in the area since moving to SW CO in 2007.
