Christopher Ross holds a degree in music performance at Fort Lewis College and has taught and performed in the Four Corners area for more than 25 years, and been a mentor at Stillwater for a variety of ensembles since the organization’s early years. He teaches a variety of musical styles including Jazz, Improvisation, Classical, Pop, Reggae and more. He also instructs students on the fundamentals of trumpet technique including proper embouchure placement and air flow, as well as music theory. Whatever the student’s level or musical focus, Ross offers students a tailored educational experience to meet their goals.
